This Privacy Policy explains how Rainora (“the App”) handles information. The App is developed and published by Kikhers Studio (“we”, “us”).

A) Information You Provide

Rainora does not require registration and does not collect personal information directly from users.

B) Information Collected Automatically

Rainora itself does not directly collect personal data. However, third-party services (such as advertising services) may collect limited technical information, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• Advertising ID
• App interaction and performance data
• Crash or diagnostic data

3) Advertising

Rainora displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. These services may process limited information to deliver, personalize (where applicable), and measure ads. Users can control ad personalization through their device settings.

4) Audio Content

Rainora provides pre-generated ambient and relaxation audio content. Audio playback is not based on user input, and no personal data is transmitted as part of audio playback.

5) Health Data

Rainora does not collect, process, access, or store any health-related data, including sleep tracking data, biometric data, medical information, or other health and fitness information. The App provides general ambient and relaxation audio only and does not function as a medical device, health service, or diagnostic tool.

6) Internet Access

Internet access may be required for advertising and related services. Core audio playback and relaxation features function without internet access.

7) Notifications

Rainora does not send local or remote notifications. All time-based features are handled internally within the App.

8) In-App Purchases

Rainora does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

9) Permissions

Rainora does not request access to camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or precise location (GPS). Only basic system permissions required for app operation (such as internet access and audio playback) are used.

10) Children’s Privacy

Rainora is a general-audience relaxation application and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11) Data Storage and Security

App settings, preferences, and session-related data are stored locally on the user’s device. No cloud accounts, online profiles, or remote data storage are used.

12) Data Retention and Deletion

Rainora does not store personal data on external servers. All app preferences, settings, and locally saved session-related data remain on the user’s device unless the user removes them.

Users can delete app data at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from their device, or
• Clearing the App’s storage/data through their device settings

Because Rainora does not maintain user accounts or remote personal data storage, no separate server-side deletion request is required.

13) Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. Limited technical data may be processed by trusted third-party services strictly for app functionality, advertising delivery, and measurement.
